Shipping, Return & Exchange

At khushboochugh.com, our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective item or if the product delivered is not what you expected in terms of size or style, we offer free returns within 15 days of delivery. Please ensure that the product is unused, in the same condition as you received it, with the original invoice and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product at Info@khushboochugh.com.

Please note that refunds are only offered on products sold at maximum retail price without any discount. Merchandise purchased on discount is considered final sale and is not eligible for a refund or exchange. However, there are some exceptions to this rule. If the product is canceled prior to dispatch due to unavailability or if the product is returned due to a quality defect or damage during transit, a refund will be provided. Refunds are processed within 7 working days and credited to your initial payment account. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you need to provide your account details to process the refund.

If you prefer, you can receive an online credit coupon instead of a refund or exchange. This coupon can be used within 90 days of issuance and is valid for a single purchase. Please note that the coupon is applicable only on a cart value equal to or higher than the coupon value. Any cart value exceeding the coupon amount will be your responsibility.

For international orders, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order at Info@khushboochugh.com. Refunds on international orders do not include duties, taxes, and tariffs paid by the customer.

Shipping:
Order will be shipped in 10 to 20 days from the date of order placement.
